To provide a packaging box, from which a resin film can be separated easily on disposing of the box and which can make stored object visually recognizable from the outside.

The packaging box is composed of a box forming piece 12 punched out in one piece from one blank sheet, and the box forming piece 12 has at least a front face plate 14 and side faces 16, 18 which are connected continuously to each other. The front face plate 14 has a window hole 15 which includes a transparent resin film 17 being pasted on a part of the box forming piece 12 and covering the window hole 15. The resin film 17 includes a separating part making separation from the box forming piece 12 easy. The separating part is a tab part 17b which is extended from the resin film 17 and is not adhered on the box forming piece 12 or is a non adhered part in which the resin film 17 and a circumference edge 15a of the window hole 15 are not adhered.
