Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a packaging container which can be easily recycled after being abandoned and to heat liquid foods by induction heating.
CONSTITUTION: This container has a sleeve 12 the upper and lower ends of which are folded back inwardly, a film 16 covered with the sleeve 12, an inner container 11 which is formed in the sleeve 12 so as to be welded integrally to the upper and lower ends of the sleeve 12, and a cover (cover body) for tightly closing the container 11. The film 16 comprises a multilayer film including a gas barrier layer, and the container 11 comprises a multilayer sheet including a gas barrier layer. An outermost layer of the multilayer film is formed of a resin having compatibility with a resin constituting the outermost layer of the multilayer sheet. Since there is no need to provide heat-activated adhesives between the sleeve 12 and the container 11 or to apply heat-activated adhesives to the inner side of the sleeve 12, the sleeve 12 can be easily stored and handled.
