To provide a packaging container which is applicable to a regular plastic bottle, capable of realizing high sealability and moisture-proofness, superior in sealability on reclose, and capable of using a tamper-proof band.

The packaging container includes a mouth plug part 2 to be sealed by a seal member 4, a cap 3 which is screwed to the mouth plug part, and having and provided with a tamperproof band 5 at its skirt part, and a container body 1. The cap includes an inner ring 6 which is suitable for the mouth plug part to re-seal the container after removing the tamperproof band and the seal member. The tamperproof band prevents any breakage of the seal member caused by the advancement of the inner ring into the seal member while the cap is unsealed.
