The packaging device 21 comprises a stacking means 22 to stack PTP sheets 1, a primary banding means 23 capable of performing primary banding, a secondary banding means 24 capable of performing secondary banding, and a pillow packaging means 26 capable of performing pillow packaging. The primary banding means 23 can transfer the PTP sheets 1 in the downstream direction without performing the primary banding. In addition, a secondary band bypass means 25 and a pillow bypass means 27 transfer the PTP sheets 1 in the downstream direction without via the secondary banding means 24 and the pillow packaging means 26. Presence/absence of implementation of the secondary banding and the pillow packaging can be selected thereby.
