Title:
PACKAGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007069925
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pallet and a packaging device which carry a variety of products and articles, and absorb vibrations and impact during transportation to protect the carried product and article.

Two kinds of buffering materials consisting of first buffering materials 51 and second buffering materials 52 are disposed under a support board (not shown), which is a product bearing board of the pallet 2. The first buffering materials 51 are materials with a low expansion multiplying factor (low-expanded buffering materials), and the second buffering materials 52 are materials with a high expansion multiplying factor (high-expanded buffering material). The first buffering materials 51 are placed on a part where the load of the legs (casters, etc.) of an article to be carried is applied, and the second buffering materials 52 are placed on the part other than the part on which the first buffering materials 51 are placed. As a result, when vertical vibrations occur during transportation, the load applied to the part of support board corresponding to the article legs is absorbed by the low buffering materials, and the load applied to the part of support board corresponding to the gaps between legs is absorbed by the high buffering materials as the support board warps, thus imapct transmitted to the carried article is reduced.
