Abstract:
To provide a packaging device suppressed in productivity lowering, even when packaging multiple commodities different in packaging conditions.SOLUTION: A packaging device for packaging commodity groups of multiple commodities under the same packaging conditions, comprises a packaging unit, a control unit, a storage unit and an instruction receiving unit. The control unit has a packaging information acquiring unit. The packaging information acquiring unit acquires a packaging order about the multiple commodity groups and the number of commodities belonging to each commodity group from external devices. The control unit acquires, from the storage unit, the packaging conditions about the commodity groups to be packaged next on the basis of the packaging order acquired by the packaging information acquiring unit. The control unit, when the instruction receiving unit receives a packaging starting instruction, allows the packaging unit to start packaging of each commodity belonging to the commodity group under the packaging conditions acquired by the packaging information acquiring unit. The control unit, when the packaging unit finishes packaging of each commodity, acquires the packaging conditions about the commodity group to be packaged next, designated in the packaging order, from the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
