Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the installation space smaller by preventing a discharging- transferring device from protruding sideways, and facilitate the maintenance of a packaging mechanism, etc., being located in a packaging section by providing the discharging-transferring device and a carton feeding device in the same direction when being seen from the top, based on the packaging section.
SOLUTION: This packaging device is equipped with a carton feeding device 2 which intermittently transfers a carton C from a stock part 4 to the lower end part of a packaging section 5, and discharging-transferring device 3 which discharges an already packaged product H from the upper end of the packaging section 5 by passing above the carton feeding device 2 and the stock part 4. Then, third and fourth conveyors 30a, 30b are arranged in the same direction as the carton feeding device 2 when being seen from the top, based on the packaging section 5, and in addition, a first conveyor (1a) is arranged on the opposite side of the carton feeding device 2 when being seen from the top, based on the packaging section 5. Therefore, the installation space becomes smaller, and also, the maintenance for respective parts of the devices becomes easy to perform.
