PURPOSE: To provide a packaging device wherein a package can be safely and easily carried without increasing a height size of a beam of a package and without numerous persons required.

CONSTITUTION: This packaging device has a package 11, a beam 12 provided on a bottom of the package 11, a bearing 13 provided on the beam 12, a wheel 17 on an end, a spindle 18 at a position displaced by a predetermined amount toward the other end with respect to the wheel 17, and a control bar 16 which rotates with the spindle 18 as the center into a vertical state after the spindle 18 is inserted into the bearing 13 in a horizontal state, thereby positioning the wheel 17 below the spindle 18 for raising the package 11.
