PURPOSE: To properly soften a chill for the skin to give a feeling of softness and at the same time to prevent a non-woven fabric from slipping down by sticking the non-woven fabric to the outer surface of a base material comprising a plastic film to positively utilize water condensed on the surface for cooling storage function thereby to increase heat absorption capacity.

CONSTITUTION: A packing film 2 is prepared by sticking a non-woven fabric 4 comprising nylon fabrics, PET fabrics etc., in a laminated form, to the surface side which form the outer surface of a base material 3 comprised of a plastic film using OPP20/PET12.SiOx+EVOH/LLD60, PET12.SiOx+EVOH/LLD60, or MW/0NY15/LD20/LLD60, etc. As a result, water condensed on the surface is positively utilized for cooling storage function to increase heat absorption capacity so that a chill for the sking can be properly softened to give a feeling of softness and the non-woven fabric can be prevented from slipping down.
