Title:
PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR BATTERY CASE AND NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013149560
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent an aluminum foil from cracking even if it is subjected to deep drawing, while ensuring a peel strength of at least 3 N/15 mm(JIS K6854) between a heat-resistant stretched resin film and an aluminum film, in a packaging material for battery case where a heat-resistant stretched resin film, an adhesive, an aluminum film, and a thermoplastic non-stretched resin film are laminated.

The first adhesive layer of a packaging material for battery case, having a structure where a heat-resistant stretched resin film, an adhesive layer, an aluminum layer, and a thermoplastic non-stretched resin layer are laminated sequentially, contains polyester resin exhibiting a glass transition temperature of 0-30°C. A stretched polyamide film is preferable as the heat-resistant stretched resin film, and a non-stretched polyolefin film is preferable as the thermoplastic non-stretched resin layer.
