PURPOSE: To obtain a packaging material for fish egg having excellent shelf stability, preventing deterioration due to freezing of fish egg and attaching of water drop at freezing and preserving excellent taste comprising a vessel main body of oxygen-impermeable resin, moisture and water absorbing sheet-like material, upper cover of oxygen-impermeable resin and disoxidant enclosed in the vessel.
CONSTITUTION: A disoxidant 6 and water-absorbing polymer 7 are put inside of a vessel 4 made of oxygen-intransmissible resin (e.g. made of a high nitrile- based resin containing ≥50wt.% unsaturated nitrile) and a top film 5 made of oxygen-intransmissible resin and preferably the oxygen concentration in atmosphere of inside is made as ≤0.1%, then a moisture and water absorbing sheet-like material (e.g. made of a cellulosic polymer), e.g. water-absorbing mat 2 and moisture-absorbing film 3 are laid between whole faces of the vessel 4 and the top film 5, thus fish egg 1 is stored inside the vessel and film to afford the objective packaging material for fish egg.
