To provide a packaging material which has designability and resistance to microwaves and to retorts, and can be easily opened by ripping even after heated.SOLUTION: A packaging material sequentially has at least a substrate, a bright printing layer, an adhesive layer, and a sealant. The bright printing layer contains a bright pigment and a urethane resin, and is cross-linked by an isocyanate-based curative.
