The packaging material includes at least the base material layer, the middle layer and the sealant layer, wherein the middle layer is made of a resin composition which includes resin component of 100 pts.wt. of 95-30 wt.% of ethylene-α-olefine copolymer (A) having a density of 0.860-0.970 g/cm3 and 5-70 wt.% of high-pressure radical method polyethylene (B), and 0.01-5 pts.wt. of crystal nucleation agent (C). The packaging material is configured such that the base material layer (I), the middle layer (II) and the sealant layer (III) are laminated in this order.
