Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for expanding a printing area for merchandise information, and achieving a stable packaging form, and a method for manufacturing a package using the same.SOLUTION: A packaging material A1 includes a base material 1, a cylindrical film 2 with shrinkability, for packaging at least part of an object to be packaged, and a connection body 3 for connecting the cylindrical film 2 to the base material 1. The base material 1 has a front piece 11 and a rear piece 12 overlapped on each other in planar view, and the front piece 11 exposes part of the rear piece 12. The cylindrical film 2 is connected to a part in the rear piece 12, exposed from the front piece 11, and at least part of the front piece 11 is positioned between the cylindrical film 2 and the rear piece 12.
