The packaging material has a polyolefin resin film layer formed by using a polyolefin resin composition containing 0.001-10 parts (by mass) phosphorous ester compound, 0.001-10 parts chemical neutralizing reactant, 0.001-10 parts compound of hydrotalcites and 0.001-5 parts phenolic antioxidant, based on 100 parts polyolefin resin.
