Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove odor components and prevent odors of aldehydes in the environment from sticking on articles, by providing an adsorptive part containing one or more kinds of compounds selected from hydrazide compounds, azole compounds, etc., in the packaging material body. SOLUTION: Tape yarn of synthetic fiber is woven lengthwise and crosswise to form a sheet for a packaging material body 1. And an adsorptive part 3 made of an expanded rubber body containing adipic acid dihydrazide(ADH) in expanding styrene-butadieme rubber(SBR) is provided on one surface side 1a. Latticed long projections 3a are formed on the adhesive part 3. SBR emulsion and ADH are fed in a hopper and mixed together and agitated with air to make a whipped viscous liquid. The viscous liquid is evenly applied on one surface side 1a of the packaging material body 1 and heated by a preheater to get a gelled coat. Then, the surface is embossed to form the adsorptive part 3. And further, it is cured for a specified time. In this way, the adsorptive part made of the expanded rubber body is stabilized.
