The packaging structure of the packaging materials is provided. According to the structure, a bundle of the sheet-like packaging materials 11 is put in a bag-like outer packaging material 12, on the front side of which an outlet 16 for taking out the packaging material 11 can be formed at the center. The outer packaging material 12 is two-folded to make the two-folded portions of the back side the outer packaging material 12 overlap each other, where a tabular core material 13 is interposed between the overlapping portions to put together the core material 13 and the outer packaging material 12, which are then housed in a outer packaging case 14 with a fold-back part 12b of the outer packaging material 12 turned upward. An outer packaging outlet 20, which corresponds to the outlet 16, is formed on the top of the outer packaging case 14.
