Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an empty package from being prepared by a packaging device on the downstream side even if missing occurs in a row of articles conveyed by a conveyance device.SOLUTION: A packaging system 1 includes: a first conveyance device 30 which successively conveys articles 2; a second conveyance device 40 which conveys the articles 2 conveyed by the first conveyance device 30 from a first hand-over portion P4 to a second hand-over portion P5; and a packaging device 50 which successively packages the articles 2 conveyed by the second conveyance device 40. The second conveyance device 40 has an oval-shaped guide, a plurality of movable bodies 42 guided along the guide, a push-sending finger 43 provided in each of the movable bodies 42, and a linear motor 46 which individually drives the movable bodies 42. A supply speed of the first conveyance device 30 or a packaging speed of the packaging device 50 is controlled on the basis of the number of articles 2 delivered from the first conveyance device 30 to the second conveyance device 40 during a prescribed cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
