Abstract:
To provide a packed and gas-containing food not generating a drip and having a moderately soft, swollen and smooth texture and a shape-retaining property.
This packed and gas-containing food is obtained by receiving a food raw material in a container in a state free from a seasoning solution. The container comprises a molded synthetic resin container main body having retort resistance and gas barrier property and a lid having retort resistance and gas barrier property. At least the bottom portion of the food raw material is covered with a leather material.
