PURPOSE: To prevent the adhering of dusts and the occurrence of flaws in a lens and make its handling easy by a method wherein the lens is packed in a bag consisting of a transparent outer member and an antistatic inner member in such a manner as to bring the convex surface of the lens into contact with the antistatic member of the bag.

CONSTITUTION: A plastic lens 1 of eyeglasses is packed in a bag having one side consisting of an antistatic member 3 and the outer side consisting of a transparent member 4. At this time, the lens 1 is so arranged as to have its convex side come in contact with the antistatic member 3. This lens packing method prevents production of static electricity between the lens 1 and the bag and consequent charging of the lens 1 therewith, thereby eliminating the adhering of dusts to and the occurrence of flaws in the lens 1. Moreover, the lens can be seen through the transparent member of the bag.
