PURPOSE: To provide a packet communication equipment which performs the communication in a packet form to send a specific packet to a control part in the highest preference regardless of the reception state of a packet receiving part and also to evenly send the received packets.

CONSTITUTION: A packet control part 14 sends, stores and disuses the received packet according to its type to a packet receiving part 17 of a packet communication equipment which performs the communication in a packet form. An initialization request packet holding part 11 identifies that the packet received at the part 14 has the priority and holes it temporarily. An answer confirming packet identifying part 12 identifies that the packet received at the part 14 is identical with an answer confirming packet. Then a packet storing part 13 holds the packets received at the part 14.
