Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively achieve band control of data of the entire network.SOLUTION: A network including a monitoring server for monitoring a traffic of the network and a gateway that is a transmission port of the network, retains external policy information and internal policy information at the gate way and, when the monitoring server detects a congestion state of the network, issues an instruction from the monitoring server to make the gateway perform transmission control at an external policy, and suppresses generation of a traffic inflow into the network.
