Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in throughput of a non-voice packet due to transmission of a voice packet.
SOLUTION: A traffic threshold value, a transmission threshold value and a CODEC to be used are set in advance, and when voice data are given, whether or not the traffic given from a load detection section 31a exceeds the traffic amount threshold value is discriminated, and when the traffic exceeds, the total amount of voice data is suppressed by changing the transmission threshold value and the setting of the CODEC. Then the voice data to be sent are received by a prescribed length to discriminate whether or not the received voice data level exceeds the transmission threshold value and when not in excess, the voice data are sent to the set CODEC.
