Abstract:

To transmit a packet issued from a certain node to one unspecified edge node on a packet communication network such as an IP communication network.

Routers 11, 12 receive a packet wherein an edge node that becomes a destination is not specified at all, selects one packet transfer destination from among routers and edge nodes connected thereto, and transmits the received packet to the packet transfer destination.
