To provide a packing box and a package capable of suppressing deflection when being gripped.SOLUTION: A packing box 200 comprise: a rear wall 210 which can hold an article 100; a front wall 220 which is arranged in front of the rear wall 210 in an inclined posture with respect to the rear wall 210 and has an opening part 220a for exposing a part of the article 100; and a pair of side walls 230 which connect the rear wall 210 to the front wall 220 and constitute a closed cross section together with a portion other than the opening part 220a out of the front wall 220 and the rear wall 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
