Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box in which an open flap can be folded and fixed outside a body part without using an exclusive member.SOLUTION: A packing box 1 has a body part 2 with an upper surface opened, a flap 3 for closing an opening by being connected in an upper edge of a side plate 2a of the body part 2 through a fold line 2c and being folded inward, a square cylindrical reinforcement frame 5 surrounding a packed material 4, and cushioning materials 7-10 interposed between the reinforcement frame 5 and the side plate 2a. Engagement grooves 23, 27 where corners of the reinforcement frame 5 are engageable are formed in the cushioning materials 7, 8. The cushioning materials 7, 8 are interposed between the reinforcement frame 5 and the side plate 2b by that the engagement grooves 23, 27 are engaged with the corners of the reinforcement frame 5 in the corners of the body part 2 in the packing. Alternatively, an adjacent side plate 2b and the flap 3 folded back and stacked up outside the side plate 2b are sandwiched and fixed in the engagement grooves 23, 27 in the fold line 2c in the unpacking.
