PURPOSE: To provide a packing container which, even in the case of a weighty container and weighty packed object, can be moved easily and which, when the container needs to be unmovable from a position, can be made to stand in a stabilized state without being affected by a small vibration or an inclination to some extent of the floor.

CONSTITUTION: A container body 1 for housing an object for packing is provided at the bottom plane 4 with casters 10, which make the container body freely movable, and at the bottom with housing spaces 6 for the casters. The casters can be freely dislocated with respect to the housing spaces for the casters and the bottom plane of the container body and can be moved to either of the two places as occasion demands.
