PURPOSE: To count articles up to a specified numbers previously determined and simply charge them in a box, by providing an inclining means to guide a conveyor to a required container prepared in advance by inclining one end of the conveyor from the required point to the lower side when the conveyor end is extended through an extending means.

CONSTITUTION: In this packing equipment with a counter of transferring articles, one end of the transfer direction side of a conveyor 3 is extended with the transfer of conveyor 3 through an extensive means installed at a required point of the conveyor 3 and after it is extended to a required point, the end is lowered by an inclining means to guide it to a container 9 beforehand set at the lower side of the end in the conveyor 3. And thereafter, the end of conveyor is again shortened by the constriction means to contain transferring articles in turn into the container 9.
