Abstract:
PURPOSE:To protect the side peripheral part of a packing and secure a certain tightening amount by assembling the body of the packing whose thickness is larger than that of the plate of an inner elastic frame or the plate of an outer elastic frame, between the both plates. CONSTITUTION:The captioned packing is constituted by assembling the body 1 of the packing having the thickness larger than that of the plate of an inner elastic frame 2 or the plate of the outer elastic frame 3 between the both plates. In the tightening for the packing having peripheral wall, the tightening for the body 1 of the packing is performed by a certain initial tightening amount at first. After the thickness of the body of the packing becomes equal to the plate of the elastic inner frame 2 or the plate of the elastic outer frame 3, the whole packing having peripheral wall is tightened at the same time, and the final tightened state is obtained.
