PURPOSE: To carry out vacuum molding pressing with good efficiency in small- quantity, multi-products production by placing a body to be laminated on a carrier plate for carrying without installing packing directly on a hot plate and inserting the packing together with the body to be laminated between hot plates.
CONSTITUTION: A packing 1 and a body 6 to be laminated are placed on a carrier plate 2 and inserted between hot plates 5. The size of the carrier plates 2 is set large on a pin fitting section, and several pins are stood on the outer side hot plates 5, and on the other hand, a packing shape support is formed larger than the hot plate 5, and a hole for fitting with the pin and registering is provided. Even if the thickness of the body 6 to be laminated is varied, the packing 1 corresponding to its thickness can be replaced simply by exhausting the air in a vacuum space formed by the hot plate and the packing through an air vent hole 5 after clamping. Also, in the case of vacuum pressing the bodies to be laminated of different thickness, a packing of suitable thickness can be selected freely without replacing the packing installed on the hot plate to provide an equipment fit for a vacuum laminate for small-quantity, multi- product, production.
