Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a packing multilayer film excellent in a gas barrier property, a light blocking property and interlaminar bonding strength and having metal gloss, by forming a specific resin composition layer to a metal vapor- deposited polypropylene film on the side of metal vapor-deposition surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene/ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer and/or a resin composition consisting of 5-95pts.wt. of an ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer and 95-5pts.wt. of an ethylene/ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid/ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer is applied to a metal vapor-deposited polypropylene film on the side of the metal vapor-deposition surface thereof by extrusion lamination to prepare a packing multilayer film. In this case, in order to obtain good extrusion processability, the melt flow rate of the resin composition is set to 5-100dg/min. When the melt flow rate is too low, the stretchability of a molten resin film is insufficient and, when too high, the neck-in of the molten resin film (loss at both ends of the molten resin film) becomes large.
