The data are extracted for every banning line, and a loading sequence of plural packing parts is planned in every work block in consideration of the loading job efficiency. Then the time needed for the ordering and then the delivery of packing parts, i.e., the leading block of every banning line is decided (102, 103). Thus, a packing plan is decided in every block on the packing start day (105). Then the data on those packing plans are summarized in the same block (106), and the packing jobs are equalized in the same block and the packing planning is completed (107).
