PURPOSE: To reduce the cost and lighten the weight by forming sheathing in a rolled letter paper type corrugated cardboard box by using a laser tube stopper buffer material, small tube section buffer materials, a large tube section buffer material and a positioning buffer material.

CONSTITUTION: A flank buffer material 9, laser tube stopper buffer materials 10, 10', small tube section buffer materials 12 and a large tube section buffer material 11 are fixed to positioning buffer materials 16 by means of small bars 19. Notches and opened holes are formed to these buffer materials. A large tube section of a laser tube 1 is inserted into a large tube section hole of the buffer material, the small tube section is inserted into small tube section holes, each buffer material is sealed, and a sheathing box 8 according to a rolled letter paper system is wound, and fixed by means of adhesive tape.
