Abstract:

To easily and surely attach pad arms to a frameless glasses by eliminating a need of the sticking work like welding or soldering.

A fitting hole 30a which has a prescribed depth and has the sectional form matched with a head part 321a of a bolt 321 is provided in the end part of a bridge 30. A through hole 30b is provided in the bottom of the fitting hole 30a. An end part 441 of a pad arm 44 is bent like U, and its recessed part is engaged with a supporting projection 421 of a nose pad 42. A through hole 442a is provided in an end part 442 like a plane plate of the pad arm 44. A shaft 321b of the bolt 321 is inserted through the through hole 30b, the through hole 442a, and a through hole 22b provided in a lens 22. A nut 322 is engaged with the front end part of the shaft 321b, and washer 323 is arranged between the lens 22 and the but 322. A V groove which is extended in the lengthwise direction and has a V-shaped section is provided in the shaft 321b of the bolt 321. A projecting piece matched with the V groove of the shaft 321b is formed on a part of the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 442a.
