To securely fit a pad for a crawler, and to facilitate the removal of it when necessary.

A fixing hook 6 is fixed to one end of a core bar 2 inside a rubber body 1. A fitting plate 3 is fixed to the other end of the core bar 2. A locking piece 4 having rack-shaped teeth 4a is loosely held in the opening 3a of the fitting plate 3. Even in a detachable hook 5, rack-shaped teeth 5a engaged with the rack-shaped teeth 4a of the locking piece 4 are formed, and a groove 5b is cut in the tooth forming surface. Herein, the fixing hook 6 together with the crawler plate of a caterpillar is insertedly held by the fitting of the detachable hook 5. The detachable hook 5 is securely locked to the locking piece 4 by the engagement of teeth 4a, 5a. Since such an engagement is simply disconnected by driving a releasing bar into the groove 5b of the detachable hook 5, the removal of the detachable hook 5 is facilitated.
