CONSTITUTION: A fiber web blended with 90-100% wool fibers is used as a web 1 for lower layer, a fibers web blended with highly shrinkable polyester conjugated fibers is utilized as a web 2 for upper layer, the upper and the lower layers are laminated, bonded and integrated by impregnation with a resin binder or the Iower layer is mixed with thermoplastic fibers, the upper and the lower layers are subjected to thermal fusion processing with embossing rolls and integrated to give a fiber laminate, the surface of the lower layer is randomly subjected to paste dotted processing with an adhesive resin and coated with a dotted adhesive resin 3 to give the aimed padding cloth for wool cloth.
