To provide a padding member preventing a wire harness from floating up or coming off from a groove and reducing the number of parts.
The padding member 3 includes: a laid portion 5 laid on a floor surface of a vehicle; and vertical wall portions 6, 7 rising from the laid portion. A first groove portion 12 through which the wire harness 4 is insertable is provided on the obverse surface side of the laid portion. A second groove portion 13, connected to the first groove portion, and through which the wire harness is insertable is provided on the obverse surface side of the each vertical wall portion. Either one groove portion of the first groove portion and the second groove portion is provided on the obverse surface side 5a (6a, 7a) inside a cabin. The other groove portion is provided on the obverse surface side 6b, 7b (5b) outside the cabin.
