Paddle levers 10 are projected from the lower side 5a of a center pad 5 into the lower spaces 6b demarcated into two by a horizontal spokes 4a and a vertical spoke 4b surrounded by a wheel section 2. The paddle lever 10 is made of a transparent light guide body and the surroundings are made to emit light in a frame border shape, thereby, the paddle lever 10 is made easily visible and the fingers hooked on the paddle lever 10 can be identified instantaneously. Thereby, an operation nearly close to blind-touch is achieved, and operability is improved.
