To provide a page holder by which weak force acts to a hand and fingers and a trestle may not be arranged.
A rotatable rotary element 6 is formed for pressing or releasing the page of books by the opening and closing of the upper and lower disks by the attracting and repelling action of the magnets between the upper and lower disks by connecting two disks in which magnets are arranged on the periphery in the inside of the disks such that the polarities of the magnets become opposite alternatively by a hinge and making the magnets in the inside of one disk rotatable on the periphery. The rotation is automatically done using the repelling force/the attracting force of the magnets in the rotary force in a reverse direction when rotating the rotary element 6. Further, the rebound of the books can be easily suppressed adding a weight to the weight of the magnets themselves.
