Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously cut a solid soap along the surface thereof to be processed.
CONSTITUTION: A machine frame 2 includes a first transfer mechanism 30, a second transfer mechanism 50, a turntable 60, a fixed blade unit 80, and a rotary blade unit 90 installed therein. A solid soap 100 conveyed on a first conveyor 10 is transferred to the first transfer mechanism 30, from which the soap is transferred to the turntable 60, then transferred to the second transfer mechanism 50, and finally transferred to a second conveyor 20, on which the soap is conveyed to be processed in the next step. The solid soap 100 is firmly held by a chuck device 62 provided in the turntable 60, while being conveyed by the turntable 60. The solid soap 100 is cut along the surface thereof to be processed with a fixed blade 82 and a rotary blade 92 in sequence in the course of being conveyed by the turntable 60.
