Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a page-turning operation to be achieved with assured prevention of multiple page turning, by moving a driving roller in width directions and approaching/parting directions with respect to a booklet by a one driving means, and moving a reverse roller in the width directions, the approaching/parting directions and longitudinal directions with respect to the booklet by another driving means.

CONSTITUTION: A driving roller 4 connected to a motor and rotated in directions A is disposed on the upper side of a booklet 1, and a reverse roller 5 rotated in the same directions as the driving roller 4 through a torque limiter is provided. The driving roller 4 is rotatably mounted on a driving means which has an element reciprocated in width directions B of the booklet 1 and an element reciprocated in approaching/ parting directions C relative to the booklet 1. The reverse roller 5 is rotatably mounted on a driving means which has an element reciprocated in the width directions B of the booklet 1, an element reciprocated in longitudinal directions of the booklet 1 and an element reciprocated in the approaching/parting directions C relative to the booklet 1. Therefore, by moving the reverse roller in the longitudinal directions of the booklet and moving the driving roller in the width directions of the booklet, page turning can be achieved with assured prevention of multiple page turning.
