Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization, cost reduction and high reliability of a mechanism for turning over pages.
SOLUTION: Pages are turned over due to a curve of paper caused by the force of friction between a rubber roller (A) 7 and a passbook 1 carried and to the force of restitution of the paper from the curve. At the time of the operation for turning over the passbook, a printing head 3 is transferred outside a carrying passage of the passbook 1 and the paper to be turned over is curved in a vacant area formed behind the transfer of the printing head. A platen 4 thrusts up the paper from below to facilitate the curve of the paper at the time of the operation of turning over the passbook 1.
