To obtain a page turning-over device having a simple constitution and a simple operation, i.e., the device having a low cost and high reliability.

The page turning-over device comprises a separate roller 2 rotating around a vertical shaft for the print page of a bankbook 1, vertically moving with respect to the bankbook 1, making it possible to move substantially parallel to the binding part 3 of the bankbook 1 and deforming the uppermost print page of the bankbook 1 to be turned-over at the lower surface to separate the second print page, and a page turning-over mechanism having a blade for inverting the uppermost print page between the uppermost print page and the second print page deformed by moving only in one direction at the outside of the side face of the upper side of the bankbook 1 to be mounted on the print page of the opposite side to turn-over the page.
