Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint composition capable of obtaining a high quality finishing coating film, and keeping colors brightness and transparency of dispersion paste, when producing the paint about pigments in the wide range.
SOLUTION: This composition contains component (A) of 5-75 wt.%, component (B) of 5-40 wt.% and component (C) of 5-90 wt.% in the total solid content as a paint forming component, wherein, (A) means a modified vinyl copolymer having a quatermary ammonium base which is coplymerized a mixture containing cellulose acetate butyrate having a vinyl group (a) of 50-90 wt.% obtained by reacting cellulose acetate butyrate (i) with a compound (ii) having an isocyanate group and a vinyl group in a molecule, a vinyl monomer (b) of 0.05-5.0 wt.% having the quatermary ammonium base, and an other polymerizable vinyl polymer (c) of 9.95-45 wt.%, (B) means a polyester resin whose glass-transition temperature is -70-0°C, (C) means a acrylic resin whose glass-transition temperature is 0-80°C.
