To provide a paint composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in all of abrasion flaw resistance, acid-proofness and finish appearance.
This paint composition contains an acrylic resin A obtained by copolymerizing (a) 10-60 mass% of secondary hydroxyl group containing (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl alkyl group with a secondary hydroxyl group bonded to a carbon atom in an alkyl chain in a position of the 8-th position or more distant therefrom counted from a (meth)acryloyloxy group, and having the hydroxyl alkyl group with 10C-25C alkyl chain, (b) 5-75 mass% of hydroxyl group containing (meth)acrylate other than the (a), and (c) 10-75 mass% of copolymerizable unsaturated monomer other than the (a) and (b), and having 100-200 mg-KOH/g of hydroxyl value, 2,000-50,000 of weight-averaged molecular weight, and 15-100 mg-KOH/g of hydroxyl value derived from the (a), and a polyisocyanate compound B.
