Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paint that is superior in productivity, water resistance and peel properties, and can endure diversion of multiple number of times, and to provide a concrete formwork with the paint applied thereon.SOLUTION: Paint for a concrete formwork is characterized as follows: (A) to a humidity curing type polyurethane hot melt (PUR) of 100 pts.wt. having a melting point of 40-100°C, and a free isocyanate group of 1-10 wt.% and dissolved to 120°C, in which a tack-free time in 20°C atmosphere of a coating film applied by an application amount of 240 g/m2 on a test piece of a surface temperature of 20°C is in a range from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, (B) an inorganic filler 60-480 pts.wt. having an average particle size of 0.5-90 μm, and (C) a hydrocarbon-based synthetic wax of a melting point 75°C or more are mixed by 5-25 pts.wt., and (D) a hindered amine-based photostabilizer is added to the overall weight of (A), (B) and (C) by 0.1-1.5 wt.%, and then formed by being heated and mixed at a temperature of 40°C or more. Also, the concrete formwork applied with the paint is provided.
