Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of forming a coating film on a metal roof surface, the coating film being hardly peeled therefrom with snow and ice even when removing snow.SOLUTION: A coating composition for a metal roof includes a modified copolymer resin (A) and a modified fluoroethylene composition (B). The modified copolymer resin (A) has an oxidative polymerization group and a structure derived from a (meth)acrylic copolymer. The modified fluoroethylene composition (B) has weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and less than 100,000. With regard to a total solid content 100 pts.mass of the modified copolymer resin (A), a solid content of modified fluoroethylene composition (B) is 1-20 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
