Abstract:
To provide a coating deterioration diagnosis method, coating deterioration diagnosis device and program which can estimate the service life of a coating surface of a structure.SOLUTION: A coating deterioration diagnosis method comprises the steps of: creating a test piece set having a plurality of test pieces in which a second coating film having the film thickness thinner than the film thickness of a first coating film is formed in the different film thickness on a surface of a member by using a coating material used for the first coating film formed on the surface of a structure; exposing the test piece set at an observation point where the structure is installed and periodically measuring the deterioration degree of the second coating film of the plurality of test pieces; calculating a relation curve of estimating the future service life for the film thickness on the basis of the relation between the film thickness of the second coating film and the deterioration degree; and estimating the service life of the first coating film on the basis of the relation curve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
