To solve the problem that, as paint stripping wastewater contains paint in a cloudy state, the removal of the paint cannot be carried out by a simple device, so that the recycled use of the paint stripping wastewater has not been performed at all, and to enable the recycled use of the paint-stripping wastewater by a simple portable device.
A paint stripping part 2 is enclosed by a paint stripping part enclosing container 1 which is equipped with a gun insertion port 5 into which a gun 4 discharging high pressure stripping water to a paint stripping part 2 to strip paint is inserted, and with a wastewater outlet port 7 from which the stripping water from the gun 4 and the stripped paint stripping wastewater is discharged by a vacuum pump 6. The stripped sediment in the wastewater from the wastewater outlet port 7 is subjected to primary filtration in a primary filtration device 9, and then stored in a water purifying tank 16. Primary filtrate in the water purifying tank 16 is purified by a flocculation type filtration device 17 containing an adsorbent 18 made by gathering crystalline fibers of at least basic magnetism sulfate and magnesium hydroxide. The purified water is supplied to the gun 4 by a high pressure pump 38.
