PURPOSE: To form the coated film of a paint curable by active energy rays having excellent adhesiveness, etc., on the surface of a base material by preliminarily coating a paint essentially consisting of a modified polyolefin resin having the low glass transition temp. of the formed coated film on the surface of the base material.
CONSTITUTION: The paint essentially consisting of the modified polyolefin resin which can form the coated film having 0W-75°C static glass transition temp. is preliminarily coated on the surface of the inorg. base material in the stage of coating the paint curable by active energy rays on said inorg. base material. The modified polyolefin resin is the resin prepd. by graft-polymerizing a maleic acid to, for example, a polyolefin resin, more particularly the resin prepd. by graft-polymerizing 0.1W50pts.wt. maleic acid resin to 100pts.wt. propylene/ ethylene copolymer. As a result, a coated film having excellent characteristics including adhesiveness, water resistance, weatherability and impact resistance is formed on the inorg. base material.
